It is a State of Florida law that permits be pulled for garage door replacements and we hold a State License to do this in every jurisdiction.

Replacement garage doors must be permitted as set forth by the Department of Professional Regulation for the State of Florida. In the Florida Building Code Existing Building, Code Section 7 Alterations, Level, Section 707 Structural.

707.4 Replacement of windows and doors.

The replacement of garage doors, exterior doors, skylights, and operative and inoperative windows shall be designed and constructed to comply with Chapter 16 of the Florida Building Code, Building.
