Branch Garage Door Sales is genuinely a family owned and operated business established in 1973. The original owners are still active and now the 2nd generation of family members are here to serve our customers.

We service MOST of Orange, Seminole and Lake counties.
Our service vans are well stocked with repair parts which enable us to complete most service jobs in one trip. All of our service vehicles are well marked – look for our Branch Logo

707.4 Replacement of windows and doors.
The replacement of garage doors, exterior doors, skylights, and operative and inoperative windows shall be designed and constructed to comply with Chapter 16 of the Florida Building Code, Building.
You must have a license as set forth in the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. In Chapter 16 of the Florida Building code, Section 3401.7.2.4. Section 489.117 of the statue provides that in new or replacement construction, the garage door installer must obtain a permit in order to conduct his business.

If your home was built pre 1979 we must do lead certification on the door all woodwork around the door when we give you an estimate to replace your garage door.
