We have no service parts available for pre-beam openers.
A properly installed and maintained garage door and garage door opener offer safety, security, and convenience. We recommend periodic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Are your remotes and keypad not working?
Check the wall button to make sure the LOCK feature was not Enabled by accident. (Your wall button will still work)
Did your remotes seems to lose distance or stop working after you changed the light bulb?
Some openers are affected by light bulbs that have chips in them and built-in remotes, handheld remotes and your keypad may lose normal function.
Avoid using the Spiral Compact Fluorescent Light Bulb (CFL) in your opener to maintain normal operation.
